Fresh off scoring the game winner in OT against Colorado, Nick Foligno delivered in overtime again, setting up Fedor Tyutin with a beautiful assist to keep the Blue Jackets in the playoff hunt. This is one of the few trades that has worked out well for both teams!

Here are GIFs of the devastating hit by Jared Cowen on Jeff Skinner. Hard to argue it was a head shot when he keeps his arm down and has the large size advantage.
First off, let's get some reactions from Devils fans on this play...
And now I present to you, the death of Adam Henrique: EDIT: Here are some additional GIFs. The dive which made Potvin state "Henrique please, please! This is the NHL!" as well as a closeup of the stick clearly hitting Henrique on the side of his helmet (with a visor no less) along with another angle of it.
In yesterday's game against the Philadelphia Flyers Colin Greening was the hero, scoring the GWG on a breakaway on a beautiful stretch pass from Patrick Wiercioch. He made no mistake going top right on Ilya Bryzgalov. Now recall early last season in a game against the Leafs where Greening was the recipient of a similar pass from David Rundblad leading to a breakaway where he would score top right as well. The morale of this story, give Greening an insane stretch pass and he will finish. As a bonus GIF, here's one explaining how Zack Smith was able to score on a breakaway last night... In yesterday's game against Tampa with the Sens down a man, Paul MacLean sent out Peter Regin to win a draw in the defensive end. He did just that. Unfortunately the ref (Sens' favourite Dan O'Rourke) who was on the opposite side of the ice was 100% sure he had seen Regin use his hand to win the draw which is now a penalty. He immediate whistled down the play handing Regin the 2 minutes for delay of game - face-off violation. This led to a Tampa 5 on 3 advantage where they would eventually score.
Here's a GIF of the "penalty" and Regin's reaction afterwards: First some background story (hat tip to @EmilyMackenzie on the finds). Back in August, Steven Stamkos was quoted as saying: "I think the refs do a great job of reffing the game so far, but there’s areas you want to improve on to make the game better. That was something that was brought up. We’re just trying to minimize diving in the game. It’s not too big of a deal. But there are times when there’s embellishment, and if you do that, you’re going to get caught." You can read the entire stories here:

As seen on The 6th Sens a season ticket holder posted a video of footage from a 1995 promotional video for the Ottawa Senators. Included in it was a computer rendered version of what the Palladium (now SBP) was destined to look like. Surprisingly it is pretty accurate!
By now, the large majority of Sens fans should be aware of all the fake heritage jerseys that are out there being played off as real on Kijiji. However, one seller has decided to bring it to the next level by adding fake autographs to somehow boost the value of a fake jersey. He/She has even decided to put "CHEAP!" in the title to show how good a deal you're getting! This seller has three current Senators jerseys for sale: Chris Neil: http://ottawa.kijiji.ca/c-buy-and-sell-art-collectibles-CHEAP-Ottawa-Senators-AUTOGRAPHED-Chris-Neil-Game-Jersey-W0QQAdIdZ471706527 Erik Karlsson: http://ottawa.kijiji.ca/c-buy-and-sell-art-collectibles-CHEAP-Ottawa-Senators-AUTOGRAPHED-Erik-Karlsson-Game-Jersey-W0QQAdIdZ438618393 Daniel Alfredsson: http://ottawa.kijiji.ca/c-buy-and-sell-art-collectibles-CHEAP-Ottawa-Senators-AUTOGRAPHED-Daniel-Alfredsson-Game-Jersey-W0QQAdIdZ438615900 Below are pictures of these jerseys: Here are closeups of the fake autographs on the left, and examples of their real autographs on the right. At least he/she tried I guess...
