Following Thursday's 2-1 OT loss to the Boston Bruins, Jim O'Brien gave a post game interview. It was filled with EIGHTEEN (18) "You Know"s in an interview that lasted approximately 75 seconds. Watch the video below to see the interview with a convenient "You Know" counter!

Ottawa fans may remember "Dominant Dany Heatley", a biography written in 2008. When it was first published, a special batch of "Signature Edition" books were released where Heatley himself would sign them at a meet and greet at the local bookstores.
Fast forward to the present. I was at the local used book sale in Kanata. All the books being sold were donations. Browsing through the sports section I happened to run across a "Signature Edition" of "Dominant Dany Heatley". Obviously curious, I flipped open to the first page to see Heatley's signature, but surprised to see it inscribed "To Ben". Well Ben hated Heatley so much, he'd rather donate his personally autographed "Dominant Dany Heatley" book for free than keep it around the house. Just goes to show you how hated Heatley still is in Ottawa. Below are three goals, guess which ones were disallowed? If you guessed all three you're right! In each case the referee decided that the goalie had been "interfered" with. We're only ten games in and there have been more terrible calls than I can remember from all the games last season. Instead of ruining competitive games with bad calls why not implement a coach's challenge? I don't see any reason not to. To prevent false challenges you could have a team issued a delay of game penalty if the challenge doesn't overturn the call. And if it does overturn the call, the team would keep their challenge intact (like the challenges in Tennis for an out of bounds ball).
